How does it work

1. Initial Consultation

You, as the client, reach out to the artist with your ideas, preferences, and any specific details you want in the painting. This could include the size of the artwork, color palette, subject matter, and style.

2. Discussion and Agreement

The artist and you discuss your vision in more detail. They may ask questions to clarify your expectations and provide insights based on their expertise. Together, you agree on the concept, timeline, and pricing for the commission.

3. Contract and Deposit

A formal contract is drawn up, outlining all the agreed-upon terms, including the scope of work, payment schedule, and delivery date. Typically, a deposit is required upfront to secure the commission.

4. Work in Progress

The artist begins working on your painting, keeping you updated on their progress. They may share sketches or preliminary images for your feedback. Communication is key throughout this phase to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision.

5. Final Review

Once the artist completes the painting, they share high-quality images or arrange for you to see the artwork in person, depending on your location. This is your opportunity to provide any final feedback or request minor adjustments.

6. Completion and Delivery

After any requested revisions are made, the artist finalizes the artwork. You then make the final payment as per the contract. The artist carefully packages and ships the painting to your specified address, ensuring it arrives safely.

7. Enjoy Your Custom Artwork

You receive the commissioned painting, ready to be displayed in your space, creating a unique and personalized piece of art that reflects your vision and the artist's talent.
